The old glass rooflights on the Marlowe Building at Kent University have recently been refurbished with over 500 square metres of Twinfix bespoke non-fragile Multi-Link-Panels.
With their patented fix and link™ installation mechanism these modular panels are very quick and easy to fit. Consisting of a white powder coated aluminium framework glazed with 25mm Venetian Thermoclear they have a U Value of 1.5 W/m°²C, helping the refurbished roof conform to Part L of the Building Regulations, and also assisting the University in their drive to use less energy on heating and lighting.
