Using our CAD facilities we can design, manufacture and, where required, install a diverse range of canopy shapes, suitable for most applications.

We use aluminium for the frames of our canopy structures as we like the fact that it will not rust and that you don't have to repaint it every two or three years.   We offer a selection of popular colours as standard options, but can always match something specific if this is required.

For the roof glazing we generally use multiwall polycarbonate, and occasionally solid polycarbonate.  This modern day thermoplastic is ideal for canopy roofing.  It has some great properties, such as being very tough and yet light in weight.  It doesn't transmit UV in daylight, so is great when used for playground canopies as its use will protect children playing or working underneath.  And, just in case of fire - it does not propagate fire along its surface, nor does it produce flaming drops.  Fire Officers like polycarbonate because it vents and lets smoke and heat escape.
