Solid Polycarbonate Glazing Sheet
As a glazing material, polycarbonate sheet is over 200 times stronger than the equivalent thickness of standard float glass. This inherent strength makes polycarbonate virtually unbreakable. Polycarbonate sheet will withstand accidental impacts, providing the highest standards of safety to the public and security to the premises it protects. Importantly, it will survive determined acts of vandalism.
Twinfix are stockists of the two main brands of polycarbonate, Lexan and Makrolon. Both brands are available in UV protected versions, as well as abrasion resistant grades and obscured grades for privacy glazing. Obscured grades have an added benefit in that they scatter light all round a room.

Twinfix will cut your panel to size, even to shape as long as we have all the information to work to. We don’t believe in delivering polycarbonate by an outside haulier as it could get damaged, we only deliver solid and multiwall polycarbonate on our own vehicles.
