Recognizing the positive impact of nature and fresh air on mental health, Twinfix is dedicated to creating nurturing environments that prioritize mental well-being in schools, workplaces, and public spaces.
Mental Health Awareness Week, is an annual campaign that raises awareness about mental health issues and encourages open conversations to reduce stigma. This year’s theme, Anxiety highlights the importance of connecting with nature for improved mental well-being.
Twinfix understands the significance of outdoor spaces in supporting mental health. By providing covered areas such as outdoor classrooms, quiet spaces, and relaxation areas, Twinfix enables individuals to connect with nature and experience the restorative benefits of fresh air, sunlight, and green surroundings. These spaces offer students, employees, and the public an opportunity to take a break, find respite, and rejuvenate their mental and emotional states.

As part of their efforts to support Mental Health Awareness Week, the Directors at Twinfix attended a Mental Health Awareness Course hosted by So Coach Training, a Cheshire-based Training Provider. Following the successful completion, they have since opened this course up to the rest of the workforce to attend next month.
