Project Overview

As part of a major government investment in Yorkshire’s rail infrastructure, Bradford station required a roof glazing upgrade to improve safety, sustainability, and the passenger experience.

This refurbishment aligns with Bradford’s designation as the UK City of Culture 2025, ensuring the station is ready to welcome increased numbers of visitors while reinforcing its role as a key regional transport hub.

Twinfix’s Role in Supporting Bradford Station’s Vision

Twinfix was appointed to design, manufacture and supply its innovative Multi-Link-Panel NF (Non-Fragile) system, fitted with 6mm clear solid polycarbonate glazing.

This modern system was chosen for its proven performance across the UK rail network, delivering a safe, durable and low-maintenance solution that enhances the station environment while reducing whole-life costs.
