At the core of Twinfix’s vertical glazing range is the Multi-Click system, a purpose-designed solution that combines robust aluminium framing with lightweight, high-performance polycarbonate panels. The 40 mm X-structure panels interlock seamlessly within a thermally broken frame, creating a clean, uninterrupted façade with excellent light transmission and a contemporary aesthetic. UV protection on both sides ensures long-term durability, while the panel design diffuses natural light to deliver a bright, glare-free internal environment.
Engineered for strength and longevity, the Multi-Click system provides excellent thermal insulation with a U-value of 0.99 W/m²K, contributing to improved energy efficiency. The 40 mm thick panels can span unsupported distances of up to 2 metres, depending on wind pressure, offering design flexibility for a wide range of vertical applications.
Polycarbonate’s impact resistance ensures a safe, shatter-resistant alternative to glass, ideal for use in public areas such as schools, hospitals, and transport hubs. The lightweight nature of the panels simplifies installation, reduces structural loading, and helps minimise construction time.
The Multi-Click system is available in clear as standard, with optional tinted glazing to achieve the desired balance of light control and privacy. The aluminium framing can be powder coated in any RAL colour, allowing it to complement surrounding architecture or align with corporate branding.
These interlocking panels fit neatly into a thermally broken aluminium frame, creating a clean, seamless appearance with no intermediate glazing bars or visible fixings.
The system’s modular nature enables it to be used as a standalone façade or in combination with Twinfix canopies and roof glazing systems to create cohesive, visually consistent designs.
