Accurate wind assessment is particularly important for exposed sites, rail stations, schools, healthcare estates, and commercial buildings.
All structural calculations are carried out in line with British Standards (BS EN 1991-1-4 for wind actions), CDM regulations, and HSE guidance. For roof glazing, including the Multi-Link-Panel Non-Fragile system, Class B non-fragile ratings are verified under ACR[M]001:2019, providing assurance for maintenance and cleaning access. Reports can be supplied as part of the specification pack, giving specifiers confidence that the design is fully compliant and engineered to perform.
We provide specifiers with detailed technical data, including frame sizes and load capacities, maximum spans and cantilever dimensions, anchorage and support requirements, thermal expansion allowances, as well as glazing type, thickness and impact performance, alongside maintenance and inspection guidance. This ensures projects can be integrated seamlessly, reducing risk and avoiding delays on site.
