Twinfix Solar Screens provide an effective way to control sunlight and reduce glare, while contributing to the architectural character of a building. Installed externally, these aluminium screen systems are designed to limit solar gain without blocking natural daylight, improving comfort inside and reducing reliance on artificial cooling.
Solar Screens are manufactured from durable, rust-free aluminium and can be configured in a variety of patterns to suit both functional and aesthetic requirements. Panels can be designed with bespoke cut-outs, geometric shapes or perforations, enabling each screen to deliver a unique visual identity.
The system can be powder-coated to any standard RAL colour, providing flexibility to either blend seamlessly with the façade or create a striking feature. With stainless steel fixings and robust framing, Solar Screens offer long-term performance in a wide range of environments.
By filtering sunlight, Solar Screens reduce glare and solar heat gain, helping to maintain comfortable internal environments. This not only supports occupant wellbeing but also helps lower energy consumption, particularly in buildings with large glazed areas.
