Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Twinfix, sustainability is a key value that drives everything we do. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our clients while positively impacting the environment. Through responsible sourcing, sustainable materials, and eco-friendly practices, we are helping to shape a greener future.

Gold Accreditation from the Supply Chain Sustainability School

We are proud to have achieved Gold Accreditation from the Supply Chain Sustainability School. This recognition underscores our commitment to embedding sustainability throughout our operations and supply chain. By continually enhancing our environmental, social, and economic performance, we ensure that our practices meet the highest standards in the industry.

Sustainable Materials

At Twinfix, we select materials that are both high-performing and environmentally responsible. These include:

  • Aluminium
Aluminium is a highly sustainable building material, as it is 100% recyclable. Recycling aluminium requires just 5% of the energy needed to produce new aluminium, greatly reducing its environmental impact. We use high-quality aluminium that enhances durability while reducing the carbon footprint.
  • Polycarbonate
Polycarbonate is another sustainable material we use. Lightweight and highly durable, it minimises the need for frequent replacements, reducing waste and conserving resources. Additionally, polycarbonate is fully recyclable at the end of its life cycle, promoting a circular economy.
  • FSC-Certified Timber
We source FSC-certified timber, ensuring it comes from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. This certification guarantees that the timber we use supports sustainable forest management and helps preserve these vital ecosystems for future generations.

One-Stop Sustainable Solution

At Twinfix, we offer a one-stop solution that integrates design, manufacturing, and delivery all under one roof. This holistic approach not only streamlines the process for our clients but also significantly reduces our carbon footprint. By manufacturing our aluminium frames on-site and delivering directly to customers using our own fleet, we eliminate the need for third-party transportation. This reduces external driving and emissions, contributing to fewer carbon-intensive trips and more efficient, eco-friendly logistics.

By controlling every step of the process—from production to delivery—we minimise the environmental impact associated with external suppliers and logistics partners, further advancing our commitment to sustainability.

Sustainable Practices Across Our Operations

In addition to using sustainable materials, we incorporate eco-conscious practices across all areas of our business:

  • Efficient Production Processes
We continually refine our manufacturing processes to minimise waste, energy consumption, and emissions. By improving our operational efficiency, we enhance business performance and lessen environmental impact.
  • Responsible Sourcing
We collaborate with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability, ensuring that our products are made in ways that protect the environment and support ethical practices.
  • Minimising Waste
Recycling is a cornerstone of our approach. We actively recycle aluminium, polycarbonate, and other materials to reduce waste and promote sustainability across our supply chain.
  • Energy Management
We are continually exploring ways to reduce our energy consumption, implementing smart energy management and considering renewable energy options where possible.

At Twinfix, sustainability is not just a goal—it’s a core value. We are committed to continuously improving our sustainable practices to create a positive, lasting impact on both our business and the environment.
